The Flavorists at Givaudan

"When you chug a sports drink or chew a stick of gum, you probably don't think of science. But there is a precise science - and a delicate art - behind what you're tasting. Morley Safer reports on the multibillion dollar flavor industry, whose scientists create natural and artificial flavorings that make your mouth water and keep you coming back for more.", CBS News.
The following video was part of one of the most watched shows on 60 Minutes. Many people responded which raised many concerns. What do you think? Are we fat and unhealthy because we crave great flavors? What is "natural" food? Do great flavors hide bad food? Would we eat better food if the flavors were improved?
Biosun FFI is a select U. S. distributor for Givaudan's line of flavors in the beverage, sweet and dairy industries.

Mark stated, "It is a honor and pleasure to contribute to this impressive facility which has a goal to cure the spread of 1st or 2nd degree breast cancer by 2018. Moffitt says their current advancements even give them great hope that if patients participate in future diagnostic screening tests at a few key points in their life, this disease will be cured entirely by 2030, due to Moffitt's and other leading cancer center's cutting edge genome research. I am forever grateful for the professionals at this center for saving Linda's life!"
